The Many Hairstyles of Euro 2016 – The Best, the Worst and even the WTF!
The group stages of the Euro are over and the knock-out stages of the tournament have just begun. The goals might be sparse, the Russians Ultras may have run riots in Marseille, but what has really caught our attention has been the hairstyles of the players. So here’s a look at some of the best, worst and downright “WTF” hairstyles of Euro 2016
The Best
1. Sergio Ramos (Spain)
Never underestimate a good short sweep and a thick, manly beard
2. Paul Pogba (France)
A short clean do with the side dyed yellow in the style of the Gallic rooster, which features on the French badge
3. David Alaba (Austria)
David’s gone for a style popular on the NBA circuit, also known as the the Odell Beckham look, but as a fade — not a mohawk
The Worst
1. Dmitri Torbinski (Russia)
Would you take him seriously with those puppy dog eyes and that classic Dumb and Dumber SS16 bowl cut fringe?
2. Stephan El Shaarawy (Italy)
He maybe trying to set off a “Porcupine” trend, but how high is that hair?
3. Domagoj Vida (Croatia)
This hairstyle makes him look like a mix between a five-year-old girl and an old hippie campsite owner
The “WTF”
1. Aaron Ramsey (Wales)
Part bond-villain and part slim-shady?
2. Marek Hamsik (Slovakia)
Did he a miss a section and no one bothered to tell him?
3. Radja Nainggolan (Belgium)
Doesn’t it look like he’s promoting a new Belgian ale with a lot of froth on top?
